At the time of making a reservation your valid credit card details will be required to secure the booking.
Reservation payments to be made in full on arrival.
Check-in is available from 2 pm to 9pm on the day of arrival.
Check-out time is 10am or before, not after, on the day of departure.
Early check-in and or check-out is strictly by arrangement only.

Cancellation policy Standard Rate:
Cancellations made 72 hours prior to the day of arrival will incur a 50% charge of the first night’s stay.
Cancellations within 48 hours or less will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the first night’s stay.
All “no-shows” will be charged a automatic 100% of the total accommodation amount.
Payment & Cancellation Policy For Non Refundable Rates:
Your credit Card will be charged at the time of reservation. No cancellation are permitted and refunds will not be given for accommodation reserved under Non Refundable rates.
Baby/Child Policy
A baby/child is a person; therefore the additional person surcharge applies.

Rates listed on Alex Garden Court Motel’s official website – online bookings are non-commission able and include Goods and service tax.
Smoking
All rooms in this complex are strictly no smoking
Please use smoking areas outside units.
In the event of someone smoking in the units and failure to observe this will result in an additional charge to restore the room
We reserve the right to charge costs and any resulting loss of income to the registered guest
Damage
Any damage caused will be charged at the cost of repairing or replacing the subject items to the person who made the Reservation.
